For the first time ever immerse yourself in an in-depth study of Rumi Yoga™ with Zibae Mir Vahid, Ph.D and the president of Yoga Teacher Association of Southern California, and their staff of senior teachers. The course, leading to certification as a Rumi Yoga Teacher (RYT), will introduce you to the basic knowledge needed to begin teaching this powerful empowering yoga and Life Coaching . Students should consult with Dr. Mir to discuss their particular situation, experience and teaching goals.

Rumi Yoga™ has proven itself to be a uniquely therapeutic form of yoga. By learning to instruct this powerful yoga class, you have an opportunity to share the life-enhancing benefits of this yoga with others. This intensive program, designed for dedicated students of Rumi, offers more than 500 hours of study, providing you with the tools to begin teaching Rumi Yoga level 1 - Seeing Yourself, level 2 - Knowing Yourself, - level 3 Union With The Divine. By giving you a solid foundation, the course prepares you for the lifetime journey of becoming of yoga and executive life coach teacher.

The course covers Posture Clinic, anatomy, therapeutic applications and medical benefits of Yoga, nutrition, philosophy and the lessons of Rumi Yoga. Through dedicated practice and study of the two sets of 19 postures, you will expand your knowledge of the Rumi’s approach towards the Divine and prepare yourself to teach it. Learn from Rumi’s Life. We meet every-other Sunday, classes include lecture, discussion, poetry and practice
