Can't make our 200-hour program? Weekend Immersions are a great alternative. They are a wonderful way for teachers to begin the journey or for serious students to take their personal practice to the next level.

ATTENTION NEW STUDENTS: If you are taking a RUMi OM Soul vacation Health Specialist Training for the very first time, it is mandatory that you obtain a copy of Guru Mirumi, Emotional Fitness with Rumi Yoga, prior to the training. This text is a tremendous resource to have read prior to the first training taken with RUMi OM and will give you a head start into the program.

Level 1 Knowing Yourself will include:

• Opening Meditation
• Practice (2 to 3 hour intensive daily)
• Emotional Fitness With Rumi Yoga
• Open discussion/various topics
• Anatomy/Physiology Touch points
• Philosophy/principles of teaching/practice
• Posture alignment, adjusting & sequencing breakouts
• OM Hair test kit training
• Scientific approach to Nutrition
• Why one size does not fit all?
• How to read the OM test result

The cost is $299 for the entire weekend.

The course begins Friday Night 5 pm – 9pm

Saturday must attend all classes plus 1- 4pm workshop and the last 5pm class.

Sunday attend all classes plus 1 – 4 pm workshop and the last 5pm class. 7pm is the graduation where your friends and relatives are welcome to attend as we celebrate your new beginning.

To get the most out of your weekend immersion please make sure you have already given your OM Hair Test Kit Result  while attending the workshops.
